- Australia: 7 - 14 business days
- Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Europe: 6 - 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days
Important notes —
- All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
- Delivery times depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable delays caused by busy periods, traffic, and weather conditions.
- Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience longer delays. When delayed, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a successful delivery.
- We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
- We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most of the world. We are unable to ship to French Polynesia, Russia, and China at this time.
Order & Shipping Process:
You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order. Typically, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note, there may be fulfillment delays due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as your order is on its way it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination and order delays. We'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.
Oomie's Broken / Faulty Item Warranty
In the event you have received a faulty item or your Oomie device has a manufacturing defect, you have within 90 days of the item(s) delivery to submit a claim. Once approved, you are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Gifted devices are only eligible for store credit. Make sure to keep all previously damaged items with you for your future warranty claims. Your item must be purchased from oomiedevice.com. Mystery products and free gifts are not covered under our warranty.

- Manufacturing defects
Does Not Include:
- Lost devices
- Scratches, bends, and breaks from normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse of the device or improper storage
