Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

• 90-Day Return Window: You can return items purchased from getoomie.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending them back.
• Condition of Returns: Must be send back in original packaging
• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
• Refunds: Processed to the original method of payment, reflecting promotional discounts. Refunds take 2-7 business days.
• Exchanges: Store credit issued for exchanges. All exchanges are final.
• Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Promotion Terms & Conditions:
  • Bundles: Must be returned together for a full refund or store credit. Individual item returns receive a proportionate refund or credit.
  • Promo Sets: Must be returned together for a full refund or credit. Partial returns receive an 80% refund or credit of each item’s value.
  • Mystery Products and Free Gifts: Non-refundable.
