At Oomie, our story begins with a deeply personal journey. Born in the picturesque Swiss village of Grindelwald, our founder, Dr. Lukas Emil Reinhardt, grew up surrounded by the serene beauty of the Alps. Despite the tranquil setting, Lukas’s childhood was marked by a persistent struggle,migraines and chronic headaches that affected not only him but also his family. This constant battle with pain ignited a passion within Lukas to find a solution that could bring real relief without relying on chemical medications.
Driven by his vision, Lukas moved to the UK to pursue his education. He attended Imperial College London, one of the world’s leading universities, where he earned a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering. His studies equipped him with the knowledge and tools to address the challenges of pain relief through innovative, natural solutions. After graduating, Lukas brought together a team of like-minded, dedicated individuals who shared his vision. Together, they worked tirelessly to engineer Oomie’s first product, designed for one purpose: to provide instant, natural relief.
Creating Oomie was no small feat. Years of research, development, and testing went into perfecting the product.
